The Artificial Intelligence (AI) conspiracy involves AI posing an existential threat to humanity if it were to reach singularity.

Conspiracy

Elon Musk warned the governor's panel at the National Governors Association (NGA) 2017 Summer Meeting, that the greatest threat to humanity is "deep intelligence in the Network". Musk proposed the following hypothetical threat with the following parameters:

Hypothetical goal of an AI

"Maximize the value of the portfolio of stocks"

Hypothetical AI accessing deep intelligence to meet said goal...
