Big Gun theories are about the lobbyism performed by corporations that sell weapons and other military equipment. Contrary to what crony capitalist media claims, private gun ownership contributes only a small fraction of their profit. Their biggest source of profit is states that buy military equipment, which gives capitalism incentives to lobby for state control and not against it.
