The death of Michael Crichton conspiracy involves Michael Crichton's premature death by cancer as foul play. Crichton was famous for authoring many books and directing films loosely based on top secret projects, such as Looker and Andromeda Strain.

Conspiracy[]

Crichton received an M.D. from Harvard Medical School in 1969. Harvard is known for advancing studies in MKUltra in the 1950s to 70s under the direction of Henry A. Murray (See MKUltra#Harvard University). Instead of pursing a medical career, Crichton chose to focus on writing. Crichton began his writing career under the pseudonyms John Lange and Jeffrey Hudson.[1] Many of his works are loosely based on top secret projects considered by many as "science fiction".[2]

Works by Crichton that deserve special attention are Andromeda Strain, Terminal Man, Looker, Airframe, Sphere, and State of Fear.

Looker

In the 1980 film, Looker, Crichton portrays a hand-held stealth gun, in which the gun causes symptoms of missing time and paralysis, a stun gun that could cause the victim an accidently prone death. Compare with the HAG gun that was revealed to Congress in 1975. HAG is a poison dart gun that fires a frozen liquid poison-tipped dart the width of a human hair and a quarter of an inch long, that could penetrate clothing, and is almost undetectable, leaving no trace in a victim's body. The weapon is confirmed to cause heart attacks. Because the weapon's delivery system is poison,[3] a cancer inducing toxin could also be applied.

The first reported case of murder by cancer poisoning was in Nebraska, USA, 1978 in the case of Steven Roy Harper who, through his employment, had access to various carcinogenic drugs. Before murdering the Johnson family, Harper had pet animals suffering from symptoms of some type of poisoning which the veterinarian stated he had never seen before. Following the deaths of the Johnson household, an investigation by medical authorities for toxic substances, was without any success. However, the matter remained suspicious because of all family members who consumed the same substances before death. It was suggested that a toxic agent must have been used in their deaths, such as "Dimethylnitrosamine a carcinogen used to induce cancer in the liver."[4]

In 2013, the government of Venezuela reported setting up a formal inquiry into claims that deceased President Hugo Chavez’s cancer was the result of poisoning by his enemies abroad.[5]

Michael Crichton was diagnosed with lymphoma in early 2008. His cancer was not made public until his death. He underwent chemotherapy treatment at the time of his death. Crichton's physicians and relatives had expected him to recover.
