Chuck Harder: T.J., hello!

TJ: I heard you and Mr. Andrus speaking about cattle and human comparison in blood... in a government emergency, the cattle's blood would be transferred and made into PLASMA so it could be used for humans, a direct transfusion. The chromosomes are almost identical in makeup. And they can turn cow's blood into a plasma for humans.

Harder: That's pretty neat, isn't it?

TJ: Yeah, absolutely. [3]

U.S. intelligence agencies, security agencies, and public agencies are involved in the coverup of people being abducted, mutilated, murdered and kidnapped.[2]

There is a current active foreign presence controling different elements of American society, which is based out of a central location on US soil.[2]

A foreign force maintains joint bases in the United States. The U.S. government has had a working relationship with this foreign force on US soil, with the express purpose of experimenting with technology, weaponry and mind control (Project MKUltra).[2]

Millions of cattle have been killed in the process of acquiring biological materials, of which both the foreign and U.S. government is responsible for.[2]

People are being actively killed in order to suppress the facts about the Dulce situation. US intelligences are involved so deeply that exposure would reveal Facts that indicate a foreign presence on US soil for the past seventy-five years.[2]

China connection

Tao in Chinese signifies the "way", "path", "route", "road"

During the Cattle mutilation event, in early autumn of 1976, a hunter from Bozeman, Montana, was out alone around 3:00pm in the Red Mountain area near Norris. He watched an unmarked black helicopter fly overhead and land on the otherside of a small hill. The Bozeman hunter approached the black chopper, while keeping a distance, thinking it to be a Bell Jetranger.[2]

With the engine still running, he saw seven men exit the chopper speaking “some indecipherable language”, and then came to realize they were all “Oriental”. The witness observed them wearing "everyday" clothes, not uniforms. As soon as they noticed the person waving at them, the “Oriental” men fled back to the chopper and took off.[2]

A foreign element is believed[2] to be part of a black ops program that stems back to Korean War/Vietnam,[4] where the United States requires the assistance from the People's Republic of China to provide and use Chinese scientists during covert measures in homeland United States.

The PRC and the USA are both permanent members of the United Nations Security Council (known as the “Big Five”).

The Dulce Base is believed to be a Beta Project built into a mountain range south of the Rockies on the New Mexico border, at a time when underground bases were being built by Armed Forces Special Weapons Project (AFSWP).[5] In the 1980s, people thought that a base could be under the Apache reservation of Dulce, New Mexico, but there was no evidence to support that location for a quarter of a century.

Based on Global’s information on the history of underground bases, they would be built into the side of mountain ranges.[5] One proposed location for the secret lab site was Mount Archuleta (8,143 ft), in 1988.[6] But according to Jason Bishop’s later research, there may be more reason to believe that the underground base (Dulce) was built near Taos, New Mexico,[7] in the Taos Mountains.

According to the United States Geological Survey, it states that a “board decision” was made to rename Taos peak to “Wheeler” in 1950,[8] the same year that the Korean War started.

In 1979, an argument over weapons ensued among scientists, which called for a Delta force guard to contain the situation. The situation escalated to the point that the Delta force opened fired on the scientists, killing 66 people in a massacre.[9] When leaks came out, a decade later,[10] that “aliens” were involved in a shoot out at a joint military/science lab[2]— the “aliens” were a Chinese science team with the PRC, a foreign, currently top-secret element, on United States soil.

Cattle mutilation incident

A Cattle mutilation incident spiked from 1975 to 1983 in the midwest, that gave reason to believe that the United States government was involved in a top secret project involving illegal genetic experiments, such as cloning. FBI and police investigators blamed “devil-worshipers” for the livestock mutilations, but no one was apprehended and the numerous cases went cold.

If the FBIs’ investigation results are true, then the midwest was striken by Devil Worshiping cults bleeding and cutting up cattle dry... for a decade, and then they stopped. The FBI can’t find them, no one has been charged, their probes go cold, and no one knows if the surgical devil-worshipers will strike again.

The time period places the conspiracy during the MKUltra program.

In New Mexico, the victims of the cattle mutilation conspiracy were the Apache indians living in the town of Dulce, which also included reports of human abductions around 1980.

FBI Records: The Vault
“Animal/Cattle Mutilation In the mid-1970s, reports of scattered animal mutilations in western and mid-western states concerned many people. The FBI was asked to investigate, but was unable to do so because of a lack of jurisdiction (except when such mutilations were found on Indian lands). These files consist mainly of press clippings and correspondence concerning the issues between 1974 and 1978.”

The Oklahoman, Cow Deaths, Satan Rites Link Probed
"Cult members kill and mutilate the cattle for holiday rituals...blood has been drained and certain body parts were missing - sexual organs, ears, eyes and tongue, parts needed for today's satanic holiday-“Satanic Reveals”, but it all depends on what satanic holiday it falls on because there are 26 satanic holidays a year. It's difficult for [the] four-man department to patrol the 1,100 square miles of Grant County. Other sheriffs have the same problem. Oklahomans should be aware of the presence of satanic activities in the state."—Grant County Sheriff Archie Yearick
