The Men in Black conspiracy concerns Big Brother operatives whose tasks are to (1) surveille or silence witnesses (2) acquisition rare foreign objects or artifacts and (3) contain threats in the interests of cabal groups.

Men in Black (MIBs) is a term used by witnesses to describe agents wearing black, who are either surveilling or threatening them. The term has come out of the 1950s to described agents wearing black suites and ties, sometimes in trench coats and a fedora hat. In 1953, the MKUltra programme was officially approved by a defense community that employs MIBs to contain subjects for either experimentation, or information or biological resources.
One of the earliest reported experiences of Men in Black, was from Albert K. Bender, followed by Harold Dahl, during the initial phase of MKUltra. Bender was drugged and began hallucinating that the Men In Black were ethereal. More reports of Men in Black and MKUltra, have come out of the United States, specifically: Washington, Texas, Connecticut, and New York, attributing to the fact that the US has the most leaks than any other country in the world.[1]
In a press interview, Col. George P. Freeman, Pentagon, stated that "mysterious men dressed in Air Force uniforms or bearing impressive credentials from government agencies have been silencing UFO witnesses." MIB's do not represent an intelligence community as a whole, but are essentially the “bogeymen” within CIA, MI5, and other intelligence groups.
In the United States, the State Department initiated Project Bloodstone in 1948, to arrange immigration of barred Nazis into the United States. Its primary interests were Nazi quislings and émigrés from Eastern Europe and the Soviet Union, who were usually then utilized by the CIA as covert saboteurs and assassins. The primary sponsors for Bloodstone were Frank Wisner and Robert Lovett. John S. Earman Jr. was also involved in Bloodstone.[2] When Earman became CIA Inspector General, he commented about MKULTRA that “the effectiveness of the substances on individuals at all social levels, high and low, native American and foreign, is of great significance and testing has been performed on a variety of individuals within these categories.”[2]
In terms of containment, MIBs use unconventional assassination methods such as the HAG and Manchurian candidates, so that the deaths of their victims look like suicides, drug overdoses, or cancer causing.
As a coverup, Hollywood conveys Men in Black as a hoax, with its MIB movie franchise, to diminish the serious nature of this group (See Science Fiction).
