The Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, was accused of initiating and condoning the 2002 Gujarat riots. Police and government officials allegedly directed the rioters by giving lists of Muslim-owned properties to them.[1]

Genocidal indicators[]

  • Using National Population Register to identify citizens
  • Implementing all-India "National Register of Citizens"; taking away citizenship from the 'undesired' populations, and labelling them as illegal immigrants from Bangladesh & Pakistan.
  • Implementing "Enemy Property (Amendment and Validation) Bill" passed in 2016, to confiscate all their property, including shares/stocks.
  • Sending them to "Detention centers" that are now being built.
