Think tanks are research institutions or groups around the world, often engaged in dubious behaviour. A think-tank is a cabal traditionally comprised of a small body of men who determine ways on how to push an agenda—political or otherwise.

- Council on Foreign Relations
- Royal Institute of International Affairs
