Project HAARP Is The US Controlling The Weather?
The Weather modification conspiracy theory poses that the US government has been attempting to control the weather to use against enemies and even citizens of the United States.

Though the government denies such actions, some evidence has come up to prove that they have attempted weather control. Some methods were Operation Popeye and the HAARP program. Conspiracy theorists claim that the US government used HAARP to create the 2011 Tohoko earthquake and tsunami against Japan. Chemtrails are also under scrutiny for the releasing of electrically-conductive materials that affect the weather.
